Important Notes:

• Certain truck models may require a different adapter depending on which Hiniker harness is installed (Sure Seal or CPC). Contact us if unsure.
• Do NOT use harnesses #38813033 or #38813034 on any vehicle newer than 2014 — may cause error codes and headlight failure.
• 2023+ model year plows with HTBX & universal junction box require a vehicle-specific truck harness or the #38828014 universal harness plus a standard headlight adapter.
• Ford F-150 with 6.2L engine (XLT, FX, Lariat, Platinum trim only): requires relocation of outside air temp sensor. No adapters available for HID headlamps.
